LivingGreenLogo_dates&location_CMYK.jpgShaping up as one of South Florida’s premier community events, the South Florida Living Green Fair will show-
case
new, simple and innovative ways for the average person to live
a more eco-friendly lifestyle.

The fun-filled weekend event will feature a top-shelf education program and
more than 100 outstanding vendors and their green products and services.

From a can't-miss and rare exhibit of Robert Wyland paintings to mazes and kid zones ... from food and wine samplings to cooking demonstrations ... from tree-planting exhibits to how-to organic gardening ... from electric and hybrid vehicles to the latest in solar, wind and water technologies ... the list of activities for all ages of attendees is almost endless.

Co-sponsored by the Broward Branch of the USGBC South Florida Chapter, the South Florida Living Green Fair runs Saturday and Sunday, November 14-15.

Admission is $5 per family of five or FREE with the donation of two recyclable items per person.  Entrance and parking at the State Park is $6 per car -- carpooling is obviously encouraged!

Bonus Treat -- the park itself! John U. Loyd State Park is one of South Florida’s most amazing natural attractions.  This delightful slice of coastline is prime territory for exploration and enjoyment.  After visiting the Fair, rent kayaks, canoes and water bikes, and experience the mangrove-lined waterway.  Or rent beach chairs and umbrellas to soak in the sun.
